Athletics Update

VOLLEYBALL
The JV Volleyball team finished first in the TIC Conference Championship - Congratulations Girls!!!

TENNIS
The Varsity Tennis Team will play in the State Tournament on Friday and Saturday of this week in Wilson.  (October 29-30)  GOOD LUCK GIRLS!

SOCCER
The Varsity Soccer team finished the season as CPIC Conference Champions.  They were seeded number one in the State Tournament, and defeated Lawrence Academy (#16) on Friday, October 22.  They play Davidson Day School (#8) tomorrow, October 26th at 4pm, here at Ridgecroft.  Please come and support our soccer team!!

Homecoming Court

Congratulations to our Homecoming Court for 2010!  Our queen will be crowned at half time of the varsity soccer game versus Oakwood on Friday, September 24.  Please come out and support our school!

Annual Back-to-School Picnic

Last night, we had our Annual Back-to-School Picnic!

Thank you to all who helped to make this event a success - the food was wonderful!  This event is to honor our new families, and welcome them into the Ridgecroft Family.  All families are encouraged to attend, and we had a great turn out!  This is sure to make our new families feel right at home.

Updates - week of August 23, 2010

Congratulations to the Ridgecroft Varsity Boys Soccer Team for winning the 5th Annual Ridgecroft Invitational Tournament!!

PTO Meeting will be held August 23, at 6 pm in the Media Center. All are welcome!

Development Meeting will be held August 24, at 6 pm in the Media Center. All are welcome!

On Wednesday, August 25, we will be having a school wide picnic. All of our new families and faculty members will be our honored guests! Ridgecroft will be providing chicken and tea, and all of those who come are asked to bring a covered dish (except the new families and new faculty). The picnic will begin at 6 pm in the lunchroom. Bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets if you wish to eat outside, as long as the weather is pretty!

Candyman orders are due by 3pm on Thursday, September 2nd.
